astralpaper.com sells digital content: astrological readings as PDFs (individual, couple or family, with or without synastry) and related products. The drawn chart (the wheel) is free. Astrology is offered as symbolic entertainment.
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where relevant. Payment is processed by Stripe. The order is confirmed once payment is received.
After payment, the reading is generated automatically and delivered by email (and available for download), normally within minutes. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will fix it.
Under consumer regulations (art. 103.m, Spanish RDL 1/2007), as digital content supplied immediately, by completing the purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the reading is generated and delivered, you lose the right of withdrawal. Before delivery, or in case of errors attributable to us, refund requests are handled in good faith.
For gift products, the buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s data and declares having their consent for processing their birth data.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Write to hola@astralpaper.com describing the issue.
