2. What data we process

• Birth data (name, date, time and place) you enter to compute the chart.
• Email address to deliver the result and, where applicable, create your account.
• Billing and payment data, handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we never store your card number.
• For a gift, the recipient details you provide.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Providing the contracted service (computing, reading, delivery): performance of contract.
• Sending the product and order communications: performance of contract.
• Tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
• Marketing emails, only if you accept them: consent (revocable at any time).

4. Processors and third parties

We rely on providers acting as processors: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI-generated readings) and Resend (email delivery). Some may involve international transfers under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention

We keep your data while the contractual relationship exists and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. You can request deletion of your account and charts at any time.

6. Your rights

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@astralpaper.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Third-party data and minors

If you enter someone else’s data (for a synastry or a gift), you declare you have their consent. The service is not aimed at minors; a minor’s data may only be provided by their parent or legal guardian.
