What if I don’t know their birth time?

The chart still works with 12:00: the Sun, planets and aspects come out right; only the rising sign and houses stay approximate. If they find the time later, write to us and we regenerate it free.

Can it arrive as a surprise on a specific day?

Yes: you pick the date (up to 30 days ahead) and the email with their chart arrives that morning. You get a confirmation the moment you buy.

What if I get a detail wrong?

Write to hola@astralpaper.com with the correct detail and we regenerate the chart at no cost.

Does the printed edition arrive in time?

Printing and shipping take a few days, so for special dates order a week ahead. The PDF, on the other hand, is punctual to the minute.
